Q.  What sort of support do you provide for someone new to Microsoft Access?

Q.  Can I use Designer more than once?

A.  Yes, once you license the software, use it on as many projects as you need!  Even if you understand relational database design, Designer can make it a much faster process to create your tables and relationships.

Q.  Do I have to pay for each user?

A.  You pay a single one-time license fee for each person that will use Designer to create your database.  But you can deploy your database to an unlimited number of users without any additional license fees. 

Q.  Do I need to run an installation program on each machine for Designer to work?

A.  No installation program is needed.  You simply open the Designer database and start working.
